THIS UNIT COMES WITH RESORT TRAM PASSES This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in Beachside Tower One. It is on the 3rd floor of the building on the east side. It has a Master bedroom on the gulf side of the condo with views from the bed of the emerald green water and sugar white sand. There is a private Master bathroom with a oversized Tub/Shower combo. In the living room, also facing the Gulf of Mexico, there is a sofa sleeper, flat panel tv along with plenty of seating. The guest room has a bunk set with a twin on top and Full on the bottom. There is also an additional twin bed in the guest room. Hallway bathroom has a door to guest bedroom as well for convenience. In the hallway there is a stackable washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining and bar area have plenty of chairs and stools for comfortably eating in the condo. The pool is large and conveniently located to the condo. Outdoor grilling, sunning and eating areas along with a fitness room make the common areas just perfect.
Grill some dinner and take it back up to the private balcony in the condo which overlooks the green area in the back of the building and the Gulf of Mexico!

A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
Guests must sign a rental agreement that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay.
