Freshly painted in soothing coastal tones, the home features updated furnishings and bedding, crown molding, and an open-concept floor plan designed for gathering. The oversized screened porch, offers both a dining table and a comfortable seating area, making it ideal for outdoor meals and evening conversations.

Inside, the inviting living room provides plenty of seating, tasteful coastal décor, and a 60” HD Smart TV for relaxing nights in. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for the whole family. An oversized pantry plus a full washer and dryer add everyday convenience.

When it’s time to unwind, three spacious bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Each bedroom includes an HD television for added privacy and relaxation. The oversized master suite features a plush king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second king bedroom offers generous space, while the third bedroom includes two full beds. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. Private off-street parking makes arrival easy, and guests can enjoy the convenience of the included golf cart for quick trips to the beach, grocery store, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf. In the neighborhood you will also find a refreshing pool and putting green!

No Smoking. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home. A copy of each guests insurance card must be provided also in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure. Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement that will emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home.
