Welcome to Linkside 473 located on the Sandestin ® Golf & Beach Resort. This wonderful home includes a lake view and a 6 seat golf cart to get around the resort and adjacent shopping areas. Just a short distance away from the white sand beaches and blue waters on the Gulf of Mexico you can enjoy your perfect getaway.
Enjoy the extra spacious living area from the moment you walk in the door with natural light throughout. The full kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances and come fully stocked with all the kitchen items you need during your stay. This home is one of few with such a large fenced in back yard! You can also enjoy fishing from the deck, as the home is also right on the water. Outside you will find a large dining area with a view of the water as well as the spacious back yard.
The master bedroom includes a king bed, flat screen TV, large closet, patio access, and an en-suite bathroom. The first guest room contains a queen bed, flat screen TV, large closet, addtional storage, work desk and connected bathroom. The second guest room holds a double bed as well and bunks with additional storage and flat screen TV. The master bath has a tub/shower combo and large vanity sink. The guest bathroom also has a tub/shower combo.
Your rental will also include a full size washer and dryer, large fenced in back yard, water view, and private parking.

Linkside is located in the beautiful gated community of Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. It is located on the Bay side near the Linkside Conference Center, Fitness Center, and Village of Baytowne Wharf/Baytowne Conference Center. Pool and beach access are included.
